Response Level: 5x9 service (9 hours a day, 5 days a week) during local business hours (typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), excluding holidays.
Response Time: Next Business Day (NBD) shipment or onsite arrival for hardware issues.
Onsite Support: Includes onsite fault diagnosis, replacement of spare parts, and onsite software upgrades if remote diagnosis is insufficient.
Remote Assistance: Continuous access to remote fault diagnosis and technical consultation.
