Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ExtremePC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed within 1 working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is not a guaranteed service and is only an estimated delivery time for economy courier consignments. Delivery delays may & can occasionally occur, which ExtremePC takes no responsibility for. If you shipment is delayed, please contact New Zealand Couriers on 0800 800 841. Rural deliveries may take up to an additional 2 working days.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
ExtremePC ships to physical addresses within New Zealand only. P.O Boxes will not be accepted for delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ExtremePC is not responsible should any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ExtremePC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will do our best to assist where possible to place a claim with the carrier. Please notify us within 5 working days of receiving a damaged parcel for making a claim against our carrier.
*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside New Zealand.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
